Does anyone with depression or bipolar (or any other mental health issue) ever feel like they're doing really well, and out of the blue just start sobbing for no reason. Is this possibly the beginning of a switch to the depressed phase or something else. It has been happening to me more and more lately and my doctor doesn't seem to make anything of it.Yeah you could have depression or bipolar disorder. That could happen with either, i am depressed and feel like crying randomly but i don't usually let it out, i am in the process of getting help which i think you should do, depression or bipolar disorder are not fun things to live with. rockeylvrJoin the club.... I find as I have grown... I encounter more and more of these crying spells. from laughter to tears in seconds???? I am told it may be my hormones or to have my thyroid checked.... Have you done any tests for either???? Seek advice from a specialist...
