From what i saw from your error logs could be partly related to overallocation of memory to mysql memory buffers in my.cnf.. see my email for changes to your my.cnf settings you can try.If you are dealing with MySQL-specific problems (like load issues), you should contact the MySQL Performance Blog experts.
