Earlier this week Factoria Square-based IT consulting firm Data Dimensions was notified by Nasdaq that it faces the possibility of being delisted.

Nasdaq officials told the company that it fails to comply with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing and that its securities are, therefore, subject to delisting from the Nasdaq National Market.

Yesterday, Data Dimensions requested, and was granted, a hearing before a Nasdaq panel to review its case. That hearing is scheduled to take place in early April.
